Donor Service Program Associate

Working closely with the Director of Donor Services:

-Respond to inquiries about milk donation via text, email, and telephone.
-Facilitate the potential donor's progress throughout the onboarding process.
-Educate donors about MMBFL policy and HMBANA national safety standards, in accordance with HIPAA regulations. (on-the-job training).
-Communicate with HealthCare Provider office staff regarding donor screening needs.
-Maintain accurate, ongoing, and organized documentation.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for maternal-child health in general, and breastfeeding specifically.

LPN or lactation consultant preferred.
